The effectiveness and safety of Tuina for tension-type headache: A systematic review and meta-analysis

Zhiyong Fan et al.

Summary: This study systematically evaluated the effectiveness of Tuina in treating tension-type headache, finding that Tuina was superior to drugs in improving effectiveness rate and reducing pain intensity. Adverse events were tolerable, but caution should be exercised due to the limited quality of included studies. Further research is needed to strengthen evidence on the effectiveness and safety of Tuina for individuals with tension-type headache.
