Review on the Relationship between Nano Modifications of Geopolymer Concrete and Their Structural Characteristics

Fatheali A. Shilar et al.

Summary: This paper investigates the impact of important nanomaterials on the performance of geopolymer concrete. The study reveals that increasing the alkaline to binder and sodium silicate to sodium hydroxide ratios can enhance the strength development of geopolymer concrete. The addition of small quantities of nanomaterials further improves the strength and structural stability of the concrete, enhancing its durability.

Problems of measuring the electrical parameters of geopolymer concretes

Michal Koziol et al.

Summary: This article presents the challenges of measuring electrical parameters using the example of determining resistivity of concrete samples. A series of experimental measurements were conducted on various samples of geopolymer concrete as part of the research work. The results obtained showed the need for improving the electrodes and analyzing the contact connections between the electrodes and the sample in order to obtain a repeatable method for determining the resistivity of geopolymer concrete samples.
