The regulation of magnetic and dielectric behaviors in lead-free (1-x)(0.75Bi4Ti3O12-0.25Bi0.5Na0.5TiO3)-xMgFe2O4 composites

Z. H. Huang et al.

Summary: Lead-free polycrystalline composites with different stoichiometric proportions were prepared through sol-gel process, and their microstructure, morphology, magnetic and dielectric behaviors were explored. The increase in MgFe2O4 content led to multiphase coexistence and decreased grain size. Room-temperature magnetic properties were enhanced, and giant effective permittivity was observed, with dielectric properties strongly dependent on MgFe2O4 content.
