Morphological Analysis of Ag Doped on TiO2/Ti Prepared via Anodizing and Thermal Oxidation Methods

Dwiprayogo Wibowo et al.

Summary: This study investigates the morphology analysis of TiO2/Ti materials prepared by anodizing and thermal oxidation methods, as well as the structural changes after doping with Ag-TiO2 sol-gel nanocomposites using liquid phase deposition technique. The results show that TiO2/Ti prepared by anodizing method exhibits honeycomb-like TiO2 nanotubes arrays (TNTAs), while the TiO2/Ti prepared by thermal oxidation method has diverse size structures.
