Effect of Yi Jin Jing exercise plus Elastic Band Resistance exercise on overall bone mineral density in postmenopausal women

Summary: This randomized controlled trial aimed to investigate the effects of Yi Jin Jing plus Elastic Band Resistance exercise on bone mineral density and bone metabolism index levels in postmenopausal women. The exercise group showed increased bone mineral density at all parts of the body and decreased bone mineral density were observed in the control group. Additionally, the exercise group also showed improved bone metabolism marker levels.
