Summary: The study aimed to describe anatomic variations in the lateral sinus and analyze CSF drainage patterns in IIH patients using HR-BB contrast-enhanced MRI. Most IIH patients with CVSS had bilateral venous drainage dysfunction, and four main anatomical variations contributed to venous reflux obstruction and increased ICP.
