Flexible ureteroscopy without ureteral access sheath

Summary: This study compares the safety and efficacy of flexible ureteroscopy and laser lithotripsy (FURS) with and without ureteral access sheath (UAS). The results show that FURS without UAS is as safe as FURS with UAS but requires fewer ancillary procedures and has a shorter operative time.
