Transmural Remission Characterized by High Biologic Concentrations Demonstrates Better Prognosis in Crohn's Disease

Summary: This study aimed to explore the association between serum concentrations of biologics and transmural healing in patients with Crohn's disease. The results showed that patients who achieved transmural healing had a lower risk of hospitalization and surgery. Additionally, the concentration levels of drugs were found to be related to transmural healing.
