Efficient Suzuki-Miyaura cross-coupling reaction by loading trace Pd nanoparticles onto copper-complex-derived Cu/C-700 solid support

Summary: The development of efficient carbon-carbon cross-coupling catalysts with low noble metal amounts has gained significant attention. In this study, a Cu/C-700/Pd nanocomposite was synthesized by loading trace Pd2+ onto a carbon support derived from a novel mononuclear copper complex. The as-prepared nanomaterial exhibited highly dispersed copper phosphide nanoparticles and Pd nanoparticles via neighboring Cu-Pd sites, showing excellent catalytic activity and selectivity in Suzuki-Miyaura cross-coupling reaction.

Pt-Co nanoparticles supported on hollow multi-shelled CeO2 as a catalyst for highly efficient toluene oxidation: Morphology control and the role of bimetal synergism

Summary: A series of hollow multi-shelled CeO2 support materials with tunable shell numbers were fabricated and applied to the catalytic oxidation of toluene. The porous multiple-shelled HoMS-CeO2 showed higher catalytic activity than hollow CeO2 with only a single shell, and Pt-Co bimetallic nanoparticles exhibited synergistic effects in activating O-2 and oxygen mobility. The study demonstrated the superior catalytic performance of multi-shelled structures and bimetallic nanoparticles for toluene oxidation.

Strong Metal-Support Interaction in Pd/CeO2 Promotes the Catalytic Activity of Ethyl Acetate Oxidation

Understanding rich oxygen vacant hollow CeO2@MoSe2 heterojunction for accelerating photocatalytic CO2 reduction

Local surface plasma resonance effect enhanced Z-scheme ZnO/Au/g-C3N4 film photocatalyst for reduction of CO2 to CO

NIR-Triggered Multi-Mode Antitumor Therapy Based on Bi2Se3/Au Heterostructure with Enhanced Efficacy
