Magma mixing in Early Jurassic granites in the Lesser Xing'an Range, NE China: Evidence from petrology, geochronology, and Lu-Hf isotopes

Zhengzhe Fan et al.

Summary: The contribution of mantle materials to the formation of granites with mantle-like or juvenile crustal properties remains ambiguous. Studies on the Woniuhe and Yuantoupiao granites in NE China suggest a direct involvement of mantle materials in the genesis of the host granites, potentially related to emplacement of mantle magmas.
