Preparation and thermoelectric properties of screen-printable rGO/Sb2Te3/SV4/PEDOT:PSS composite thermoelectric film

Qiqi Zhu et al.

Summary: The screen printing technology, due to its facile and fast preparation process, has shown great potential in the large-scale production of thermoelectric materials. By preparing rGO/Sb2Te3 composite powders and then using a screen printing process, flexible composite films were produced with varying weights of rGO/Sb2Te3 composite powders. The study revealed that the content of rGO/Sb2Te3 composite powders affects the thermoelectric properties of the composite films, with an optimal power factor achieved at 375K.

Quantum transport properties of β-Bi4L4 near and well beyond the extreme quantum limit

Peipei Wang et al.

Summary: The investigation on the magnetotransport properties of beta-Bi4I4 bulk crystal reveals Shubnikov-De Haas oscillations, an insulating quantum phase due to strong electron-electron interactions, and a metal-insulator transition in the extreme quantum limit region. The scaling analysis shows a fitted critical exponent of approximately 6.5, indicating the system's universality. Additionally, there is a magnetic freeze-out effect observed in the far end of EQL, with both longitudinal and Hall resistivity increasing exponentially with magnetic field.

Magnetic order and surface state gap in (Sb0.95Cr0.05)2 Te3

T. K. Dalui et al.

Summary: The occurrence of magnetic order in (Sb0.95Cr0.05)(2)Te-3 was reported using muon spin relaxation studies. The critical temperature was found to be approximately 6.1K, with different magnetic behaviors observed in magnetization curves at low fields and the de Haas-van Alphen effect at high fields. Analysis of the electronic structure through dHvA oscillations suggests the presence of charge carriers acting as massive Dirac fermions with a surface state gap at the Dirac point.
