Risk factors associated with shortened latency before delivery in outpatients managed for preterm prelabor rupture of membranes

Florian Point et al.

Summary: This study aimed to identify risk factors associated with a shortened latency period in women with preterm prelabor rupture of membranes (PPROM) managed as outpatients. The main finding was that oligohydramnios was the main risk factor linked to a reduced latency period in PPROM patients receiving home care.
