The impact of endoscopic activity on musculoskeletal disorders of high-volume endoscopists in Germany

Individualized ergonomic wellness approach for the practicing gastroenterologist (with video)

Results showed that this method was well-received and led to improvement in musculoskeletal complaints among endoscopists. Individualized assessment and optimization of ergonomics were found to be necessary for reducing pain and fatigue, prolonging career longevity, decreasing burnout, and reducing lost days of work among practitioners.
