High in-vivo stability in preclinical and first-in-human experiments with [18F]AlF-RESCA-MIRC213: a 18F-labeled nanobody as PET radiotracer for diagnosis of HER2-positive cancers

Xue Qin et al.

Summary: In this study, an F-18-labeled anti-HER2 nanobody MIRC213 was evaluated as a PET radiotracer for imaging HER2-positive cancers. The results showed that [F-18]AlF-RESCA-MIRC213 had high stability and good imaging performance both in vitro and in vivo. Clinical translation demonstrated that [F-18]AlF-RESCA-MIRC213 PET/CT is a safe and promising noninvasive diagnostic tool for HER2-positive cancers.

NIR-II Navigation with an EGFR-Targeted Probe Improves Imaging Resolution and Sensitivity of Detecting Micrometastases in Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma Xenograft Models

Lizhu Wang et al.

Summary: In this study, the use of near-infrared fluorescence in the second window (NIR-II) for intraoperative navigation of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) was explored. The results showed that NIR-II was more sensitive than NIR-I in detecting subtle metastases, indicating its potential in guiding precise surgery for ESCC patients.

ImmunoPET imaging of multiple myeloma with [68Ga]Ga-NOTA-Nb1053

Cheng Wang et al.

Summary: This study aimed to develop a CD38-targeted immunoPET imaging approach for diagnosing multiple myeloma (MM). By labeling a CD38-specific single domain antibody with Ga-68, a probe was developed with high diagnostic accuracy in preclinical MM models. The immunoPET imaging with this probe showed superior performance in visualizing CD38 and diagnosing MM lesions.
