Summary: This review examined the impact of stroke family caregiver and dyad interventions on stroke survivor and family caregiver outcomes. The results showed mixed findings, with only a few studies reporting significant survivor outcomes and most reporting significant caregiver outcomes, particularly in terms of burden. Further well-designed and well-powered randomized controlled trials are needed to confirm the efficacy of these interventions.
