A 46-year-old man who had undergone radical resection of pancreatic cancer 6 years ago underwent PET/CT for metastatic survey. In addition to increased uptake in the operative area, increased FDG uptake was also observed in the left external abdominal oblique muscle and the left frontal scalp. Both intramuscular and subcutaneous lesions were surgically excised and diagnosed as metastases from pancreatic cancer.
