Event-triggered fault-tolerant secure containment control of multi-agent systems through impulsive scheme

Wenyu Li et al.

Summary: This paper addresses the issue of containment control in multi-agent systems. A two-layer distributed control framework is proposed to handle external network attacks and internal actuator failures. In the network layer, an event-triggered impulsive control protocol is designed to handle deception attacks, providing robustness and reduced energy consumption. In the physical layer, a fault-tolerant controller is investigated to maintain stability considering multiplicative failures. The proposed control scheme is validated through numerical simulations.

Distributed Adaptive Fault-tolerant Control for Heterogeneous Nonlinear Multi-agent Systems with Actuator Faults

Quan-Yong Fan et al.

Summary: This paper investigates the fuzzy cooperative reliable output regulation problem for heterogeneous nonlinear multi-agent systems with actuator faults under directed network topology. The paper proposes distributed finite-time estimators and observers to identify the dynamic matrix of the exosystem for each subsystem. A novel hierarchical mechanism is introduced to let each subsystem know its layer in the network, and a decentralized fuzzy resilient controller is developed based on the proposed finite-time observers. The effectiveness of the developed method is demonstrated through a simulation example.
