Summary: The study found that in patients who did not respond to cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT) and had an anterior or inferior LV lead position, LV lead repositioning was feasible with a low complication rate. Changing the LV lead position was associated with improved LV ejection fraction, larger QRS reduction, and larger NT-proBNP reduction.
