Summary: Sports medicine, a vital part of orthopedics, aims to preserve, restore, improve, and rebuild the human motor system. This interdisciplinary field has attracted the interest of both the orthopedic community and artificial intelligence (AI). In this study, the potential applications of GPT-4 in sports medicine, including diagnostic imaging, exercise prescription, medical supervision, surgery treatment, sports nutrition, and science research, were summarized. Our opinion is that GPT-4 is unlikely to render sports physicians obsolete, but instead, it could become an indispensable scientific assistant for them in the future.

Summary: Chatbot Generative Pre-trained Transformer (ChatGPT), a new AI model, has garnered significant attention for its ability to process and respond to commands in a humanistic fashion. Reports indicate that within five days of its launch, ChatGPT had over one million registered users, and two months later, it exceeded 100 million monthly active users, making it the fastest-growing consumer application in history. The emergence of ChatGPT has sparked new ideas and challenges in the field of infectious disease. To assess its potential use in clinical practice and scientific research, an online survey was conducted using the publicly available ChatGPT webpage. Additionally, this study addresses relevant social and ethical issues associated with the program.

Summary: This paper discusses the use of Artificial Intelligence Chatbot in scientific writing, with a focus on ChatGPT, a chatbot developed by OpenAI. ChatGPT utilizes the GPT language model to understand and respond to natural language inputs. AI chatbots, including ChatGPT, are valuable tools in scientific writing, assisting researchers in material organization, draft generation, and proofreading. However, ethical concerns regarding plagiarism, accuracy, and accessibility imbalances need to be addressed, and a consensus on regulating the use of chatbots in scientific writing is necessary.
