Facile fabrication of electrochemically reduced graphene oxide/polythionine-methylene blue and its use as a platform for detection of nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide in the artificial urine sample

Minling Ding et al.

Summary: In this study, a facile, rapid, selective, and stable electrochemical sensing platform for nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NADH) was developed. The platform utilized polythionine-methylene blue and electrochemically reduced graphene oxide modified glassy carbon electrode. The sensor exhibited a wide linear range, low detection limit, and negligible interference from ascorbic acid and uric acid. The sensor also showed promising biomedical applications in the determination of NADH in artificial urine samples.
