Julia Ruiz Pozuelo et al.

Summary: This meta-analysis found a significant association between depressive symptoms and risky behaviors among adolescents in low- and middle-income countries, with depressed adolescents more likely to engage in risky sexual behavior, substance use, delinquency, self-harm, and suicidal behavior compared to non-depressed adolescents.
