Ignavigranum ruoffiae is a rare human pathogen. Strain CPL 242382-20 was isolated from a breast cyst in Manitoba, Canada. Whole-genome sequencing was conducted using Oxford Nanopore Technologies MinION and Illumina MiSeq platforms, revealing a circular chromosome of 1,949,382 bp with a G+C content of 39.68% and 1,765 protein-coding genes.
