This study presents the complete genome sequence of Entomomonas sp. E2T0, a strain isolated from larvae of the darkling beetle Zophobas morio. The isolate was found to be fully resistant to aztreonam and carried a novel class D beta-lactamase gene. The genome consists of a chromosome and a plasmid, totaling 3,325,929 base pairs.
