Remediation of oil-contaminated soil using Fe/Cu nanoparticles and biosurfactants

Kien A. Vu et al.

Summary: In this study, a suspension of Fe-Cu nanoparticles and biosurfactants were used to remediate oil-contaminated soil, showing promising results with high oil removal efficiency. The optimal conditions for the highest remediation performance were determined, and the presence of other surfactants was found to decrease the treatment productivity.
