Summary: This study aims to apply IoT to enhance financial management in enterprises, with the goals of identifying hidden financial risks in a timely manner and strengthening risk resistance capabilities. The traditional financial risk early-warning model based on accounting information is analyzed, and a new model is proposed from the perspective of cash flow. The Backpropagation neural network is utilized to mine financial data and obtain risk predictions. Mobile edge computing services are introduced to improve calculation performance and enhance the timeliness of cash flow information and risk warnings. An edge service preloading optimization model is established based on geographic information and the neural network. Experimental results show high prediction accuracy for financial health and crisis risks, as well as improved response rates through service preloading optimization. This exploration provides valuable insights for the development of corporate financial risk early-warning models based on MEC and IoT.

Summary: This research focuses on establishing a comprehensive financial early warning model using a combined forecasting method to solve the problem of financial crisis prediction. By using time series forecasting and the BP neural network algorithm, and comparing the prediction error values, a more accurate forecasting method is obtained. The results show that the BP method performs better than others, and the combinational forecasting method offers better performance.

Summary: This study measures the financial strength and risk level of real sector firms listed on the Borsa Istanbul using a composite index combining various corporate finance ratios. The study introduces a new index, the MFA score, which has predictive power of around 90 percent and serves as an early warning of financial distress for Turkish firms. The analysis suggests that non-exporting firms and firms with an open foreign exchange position have weaker balance sheets.

Summary: The transition to a low-carbon economy will result in major structural changes in industries, with some expanding their economic weight and others, especially those linked to fossil fuels, declining. This systemic shift may impact financial stability through asset revaluations, debt defaults, and bubbles in rising sectors. Research on financial transition risks from rapidly rising industries exists, but conceptual understanding of risks from declining industries is lacking.
