Materials informatics platform with three dimensional structures, workflow and thermoelectric applications

Mingjia Yao et al.

Summary: This work introduces the Materials Informatics Platform with ThreeDimensional Structures (MIP-3d), which includes over 80,000 structural entries mainly from the inorganic crystal structural database. The database contains theoretical calculations for over 30,000 entries including crystal structures, density of states, and band structures. It is specifically designed for thermoelectric applications, with additional analysis on band degeneracies and electrical transport properties for relevant entries.
