Recovery of high pure pyrolytic carbon black from waste tires by dual acid treatment

Guosai Jiang et al.

Summary: This research uses hydrochloric acid (HCl) and phosphate fertilizer acid (PFA) as leaching agents to recover high-purity CBp, achieving a purity of 99.63%. HCl solution can be recycled, while the used PFA can be converted into value-added H2SiF6. This method provides an efficient and economical way to recover high-purity CBp.
