After intestinal digestion, secoiridoids were unstable, leading to the release of simple phenols recovered mainly in the aqueous fraction.

Gastrointestinal Digestion of a Grape Pomace Extract: Impact on Intestinal Barrier Permeability and Interaction with Gut Microbiome
