Summary: This study aimed to evaluate the prognostic value of prostate-specific antigen persistence 4-8 weeks after radical prostatectomy in patients with prostate cancer. Results showed that PSA persistence was associated with an increased risk of biochemical recurrence, disease recurrence, and cancer-specific mortality.
