Summary: This study used new macro-based algorithms in ImageJ to automatically determine the center of idiopathic macular holes (MH) using swept-source optical coherence tomography (OCT) images, and compared the results with manual measurements. The automated ImageJ-based method was found to be comparable to manual methods, indicating its substitutable usefulness in clinical practice.
