Wooden Door Preferences Based on Lifestyle Theory and Consumer Behaviour Theory

Chengmin Zhou et al.

Summary: This paper analyzes users with different lifestyles and consumer behavior to provide insights for wooden door companies in their product design and further research. A questionnaire based on Lifestyle Theory and Consumer Behavior Theory was used for data collection and analysis at Nanjing Forestry University. The findings identified four categories of wooden door users, with male users more likely to be trendy home users and impulsive enjoyable users, while female users were more likely to be budget-conscious sensible users and trendy home users. The majority of wooden door users in this study were between 21 to 30 years old, with freelancers being the largest group.

Effects of laser parameters on the width of color change area of poplar wood surface during a single irradiation

Rongrong Li et al.

Summary: The laser surface treatment method is efficient for modifying wood properties like color, wettability, and surface roughness. By experimenting, it was found that laser power and focus plane position significantly influence the width of color change area (WCCA). A quadratic model was established to accurately predict WCCA under different laser parameter combinations.
