We present theoretical results on the transition amplitudes of two-photon transitions induced by a LG(10) beam in a one-activeelectron atomic system. Excitation pathways for selected two-photon transitions starting from the ground state are identified. Numerical evaluations of these transitions in Ca+ are conducted using the truncated summation method. A comparison with Gaussian beam-induced transitions is provided, along with an estimation of the relative strength when employing the two different types of light beams.
We report theoretical results for the transition amplitudes of two-photon transitions induced in a one-activeelectron atomic system by a LG(10) beam.
