Synthesis and role of structural disorder on the optical, magnetic and dielectric properties of Zn doped NiFe2O4 nanoferrites

Aafiya et al.

Summary: Nanoferrites of the chemical formula Ni1-xZnxFe2O4 were synthesized via the sol-gel auto combustion process, and the influence of zinc doping on physical properties was explored. Results showed that zinc doping reduced crystallite sizes, increased dielectric constant and ac conductivity, while the magnetic behavior was affected by the distribution of metal cations.

Influence of two-step sintering on power loss and permeability dispersion of MnZnNi ferrite

Mina Samieemehr et al.

Summary: MnZnNi ferrite nanoparticles were synthesized using co-precipitation method and then used to form ring-shaped cores through two-step sintering. Reducing the sintering temperature resulted in increased sample density and decreased grain size. The two-step sintering process proved to be an effective method for producing ferrites with high density, permeability, and low losses.

A study of structural and dielectric properties of Zn2+ doped MnFe2O4 and NiFe2O4 spinel ferrites

Kaliram Patil et al.

Summary: This study discusses the structural and dielectric properties of TM0.7Zn0.3Fe2O4 (TM = Ni, Mn) spinel ferrites, showing that they exhibit high dielectric constant and relatively low loss values, making them feasible for advanced electronic device applications. The materials were synthesized by solid state reaction and characterized using XRD and Raman scattering techniques. The XRD data confirmed a cubic structure for both samples, while the Raman spectral study verified this and displayed fingerprint modes of vibration related to the cubic structure acquired by the ferrite materials.
