Summary: Research has shown that resonant ultraviolet sensors based on the ZnO nanorods/La3Ga5SiO14 microbalance structure can achieve desorption of oxygen and an increase in charge carrier concentration upon UV irradiation, leading to an increase in capacitance. The resonance oscillation frequency of the sensor is influenced by UV radiation intensity, and returns to its initial value after irradiation ceases.

Scanning Electron Microscopy Investigation of Surface Acoustic Wave Propagation in a 41° YX-Cut of a LiNbO3 Crystal/Si Layered Structure

Summary: The propagation process of surface acoustic waves (SAW) and pseudo-surface acoustic waves (PSAW) in a bonded layered structure of LiNbO3/Si was investigated. It was found that in the layered structure, the velocities of SAW and PSAW exceed typical velocities for LiNbO3 and Si single crystals, and PSAW velocities are consistent in different structures.
