CSR Influence on Brand Loyalty in Banking: The Role of Brand Credibility and Brand Identification

Summary: This research examines the influence of perceived corporate social responsibility (CSR) on consumer brand loyalty in the banking industry. It also explores the indirect relationship between CSR and brand loyalty through brand credibility and brand identification. The findings have significant implications for banking companies and contribute to filling the gap in the literature regarding the effects of perceived CSR on consumer brand loyalty.
