Learning to Operate Distribution Networks With Safe Deep Reinforcement Learning

Summary: In this paper, a safe deep reinforcement learning method is proposed to solve the problem of optimal operation of distribution networks. By designing a stochastic policy and using neural network approximation, the method is able to optimize discrete and continuous actions simultaneously while ensuring safety constraints are met.
