The Distinctive Role of Grounded Optimism and Resilience for predicting Burnout and Work Engagement: A study in Professional Caregivers of Older Adults

Prevalence and Predictors of Burnout Among Occupational Therapy Practitioners in the United States

Summary: This article investigates the prevalence and determinants of burnout among occupational therapy practitioners in the United States. The results indicate that higher perceived level of supervisor support, satisfaction with income, and educational attainment are associated with lower burnout scores. Therefore, future interventions should focus on promoting positive supervisor support and salary negotiation skills for early-stage clinicians to reduce burnout among occupational therapy practitioners.

Is Burnout Primarily Linked to Work-Situated Factors? A Relative Weight Analytic Study
