A peer coach intervention in childcare centres enhances early childhood physical activity: The Active Early Learning (AEL) cluster randomised controlled trial

The intervention group displayed a marked increase in Total PA and moderate-to-vigorous PA compared to the control group. Children participating in the AEL program engaged in an average of 28 minutes more Total PA and 16 minutes more MVPA per day.

A real-world feasibility study of the PLAYshop: a brief intervention to facilitate parent engagement in developing their child's physical literacy
