Magnetically Separable Fe3O4@poly(m-phenylenediamine)@Cu2O Nanocatalyst for the Facile Synthesis of 5-phenyl-[1,2,3]triazolo[1,5-c]quinazolines

Manish Rawat et al.

Summary: A facile method for preparing a magnetically separable nanocatalyst and its high catalytic efficiency in a specific synthesis reaction is reported. The nanocatalyst can be easily recovered using an external magnet and can be reused multiple times without significant loss in its catalytic activity and structural integrity. This method offers advantages such as high yield, short reaction time, and absence of additives or bases, and exhibits favorable green chemistry metrics.

Heterocyclic reaction inducted by Brunsted-Lewis dual acidic Hf-MOF under microwave irradiation

Linh Ho Thuy Nguyen et al.

Summary: The use of green chemistry and alternative strategies for preparing diverse organic derivatives is being explored. The efficient synthesis and characterization of a defective 6-connected Hf-MOF, named Hf-BTC, for heterogeneous catalysis under microwave irradiation has been demonstrated. The Hf-MOF showed high catalytic efficiency in synthesizing heterocyclic compounds with high yields and excellent recycling capabilities.
