A randomized phase III trial comparing adjuvant single-agent S1, S-1 with oxaliplatin, and postoperative chemoradiation with S-1 and oxaliplatin in patients with node-positive gastric cancer after D2 resection: the ARTIST 2 trial

S. H. Park et al.

Summary: The study compared three adjuvant treatment regimens for gastric cancer patients and found that adjuvant SOX or SOXRT was effective in prolonging disease-free survival (DFS) compared to S-1 monotherapy. However, there was no significant difference in DFS between SOX and SOXRT, and adverse events were manageable in each treatment arm.
