Summary: High-performance films have been developed through the layer-by-layer assembly of two-dimensional materials, providing new possibilities for the advancement of modern integrated electronics. In this study, Fe3O4/expanded graphite papers were fabricated using a unique roll-in process, resulting in self-interlocked structures that improved mechanical strength and enabled efficient phonon and electron transmission. These papers exhibited remarkable shielding effectiveness and absorptivity, as well as excellent reliability after bending and ultrasonic treatment. Additionally, the papers displayed high tensile strength and thermal conductivity, and demonstrated rapid and stable Joule heating performance, making them promising for various applications including radiation-proof clothing, flexible heaters, portable wearable devices, and aerospace.

Core-shell Ag@C spheres derived from Ag-MOFs with tunable ligand exchanging phase inversion for electromagnetic wave absorption

Summary: This study successfully fabricates a series of core-shell Ag@C EMAs materials through controllable phase inversion, and investigates the influence of MOF structure on the crystal and morphological structure of the EMAs. The optimized relaxation loss parameter enables the S2 sample to achieve a minimum reflection loss of -50.14 dB at a thickness of 3.0 mm. The EMA derived from the original Ag-MOF shows the widest absorption bandwidth of 5.44 GHz and a lower minimum reflection loss of -47.36 dB at 2.2 mm thickness, respectively.

This study investigated a facile and eco-friendly method for Fe3N fabrication using gelatin derived from fish skin as a carbon source and amino acids as a nitrogen source. The influence of graphitization degree on dielectric behavior in composites was also explored, with findings indicating the degree of graphitization affects orientation speed of dipoles and conductive loss.
