Fertility preservation for patients affected by endometriosis should ideally be carried out before surgery

Pietro Santulli et al.

Summary: In women with endometriosis undergoing fertility preservation, factors such as previous surgery for ovarian endometriosis, age, and total dose of gonadotrophin used significantly affect the oocyte yield after ovarian stimulation.
