ST-V-Net: incorporating shape prior into convolutional neural networks for proximal femur segmentation

A level-wise spine registration framework to account for large pose changes

Phantom experiments validated the feasibility of the system, showing a mean error of image-guided repositioning at 1.03 +/- 0.10mm, significantly more accurate than non-navigated methods at 5.57 +/- 1.40mm.
