Summary: This study aimed to analyze the outcomes of extracranial germ cell tumors (GCTs) in children. The results showed that low-risk and intermediate-risk GCTs had excellent outcomes, while for high-risk GCTs, intensifying therapies must be balanced against the risk of cumulative toxicity.
