Tuning optical, dielectric, and electrical properties of Polyethylene oxide/Carboxymethyl cellulose doped with mixed metal oxide nanoparticles for flexible electronic devices

Summary: In this study, flexible PEO/CMC composite films were quickly synthesized using casting method, with ZnO/GO nanoparticles as nanofillers. The effective interaction between PEO/CMC blend and ZnO/GO nanoparticles was demonstrated. The addition of ZnO/GO nanoparticles resulted in improved optical, dielectric, and electrical properties of the nanocomposite films.

Enhancing the structural, thermal, and dielectric properties of the polymer nanocomposites based on polymer blend and barium titanate nanoparticles for application in energy storage

Summary: Solution casting and ultrasonic-assisted solution-cast methods were used to create polymer nanocomposites films based on polyvinyl alcohol (PVA)/polyvinyl pyrrolidone (PVP) filled with varying concentrations of BaTiO3 nanoparticles. The properties of the nanocomposites, such as conductivity, dielectric constant, and dielectric loss, were investigated as a function of BaTiO3 concentration. The results show significant variations in the properties of the nanocomposites with different BaTiO3 concentrations, which have potential applications in polymer organic semiconductors, energy storage, polymer solar cells, and nanoelectronics.

Synthesis of CoFe2O4/MWCNTs Nanohybrid and its Effect on the Optical, Thermal, and Conductivity of PVA/CMC Composite as an Application in Electrochemical Devices

Summary: In this study, the sonochemical approach was used to synthesize the CoFe2O4/MWCNTs nano-hybrid. The structural characteristics were examined using XRD and TEM techniques. The results showed that the nanocomposite films exhibited enhanced optical, thermal, electrical, and dielectric characteristics. The nanoparticles could potentially be used in electrochemical devices such as conductive sensors, supercapacitors, and nanoelectronic devices.

Characterization, optical, and electrical properties of chitosan/polyacrylamide blend doped silver nanoparticles
