This article describes a case of subconjunctival hemorrhage in a patient with leptospirosis, presenting with fever, vomiting, and diarrhea.
Subconjunctival Hemorrhage in Leptospirosis An 18-year-old man presented with fever, vomiting, and diarrhea after falling into a canal 3 weeks earlier. The examination was notable for scleral icterus and subconjunctival hemorrhage in both eyes.
