Recoupled-STOCSY-based co-expression network analysis to extract phenotype-driven metabolite modules in NMR-based metabolomics dataset

Wuping Liu et al.

Summary: In this study, a new analytical framework combining WGCNA and RSTOCSY was proposed for NMR-based metabolomics study. The framework demonstrated effective spectral alignment and dimensionality reduction, identified differential metabolites, and provided biological explanations of the metabolic network. The approach was evaluated on the NMR dataset of CHDDM patients, and successfully identified phenotype-driven metabolite modules related to the disease.

Metabolomics in Prenatal Medicine: A Review

Giovanni Monni et al.

Summary: Prenatal medicine is crucial for the health of both pregnant women and fetuses, with metabolomics showing great potential in prenatal diagnosis and treatment. Metabolomics studies have identified numerous new biomarkers and therapeutic targets, but further research and validation are needed to advance the field.
