S-CUDA: Self-cleansing unsupervised domain adaptation for medical image segmentation

Luyan Liu et al.

Summary: Medical image segmentation faces challenges of noisy labels and domain shift, degrading the performance of deep learning models. To tackle these issues, we propose a Self-Cleansing Unsupervised Domain Adaptation (S-CDUA) algorithm, leveraging noisy-label learning and domain adaptation techniques to cleanse noisy labels and learn from trustable clean samples. Experimental results on popular datasets show that our method outperforms previous state-of-the-art methods in terms of generalization performance.
