Summary: This study focuses on numerical simulation to investigate the transport phenomena inside a solid oxide fuel cell anode. The classical mathematical model shows a significant discrepancy in predicting overpotentials, possibly due to the assumption of constant values for the electrochemical reaction charge transfer coefficients. A modified approach is proposed, using an artificial neural network to update the charge transfer coefficients based on operational conditions and available datasets. The network is trained on experimental data from the literature, and the results demonstrate that the artificial neural network improves the electrochemical reaction model in solid oxide fuel cell modeling.

Summary: The finite-time stability of fractional-order fuzzy cellular neural networks with time delays is investigated. A new fractional-order Gronwall inequality with time delay is developed for the stability analysis of fractional-order delayed systems. A less conservative criterion for the finite-time stability of fractional-order fuzzy cellular neural networks with time delays is derived based on this inequality. Two examples are given to demonstrate the effectiveness and less conservativeness of the proposed results.

Summary: This paper presents a non-fragile state estimator modeling approach for memristive cellular neural networks with proportional delay, addressing parameter issues through a discontinuous robust control scheme. Stability criteria in the form of linear matrix inequalities are derived using Lyapunov stability analysis, ensuring the asymptotic stability of the error system under varying gain conditions. Control gain components are obtained by solving the resulting LMIs with MATLAB algorithms, and numerical simulations are conducted to validate the proposed estimator design.

Summary: This paper discusses the quasi-uniform synchronization issue for fractional-order neural networks with leakage and discrete delays, establishing several sufficient criteria through Laplace transformation, Gronwall inequality, and analytical techniques. The presented results are related to classical exponential functions and do not require calculating fractional derivatives, showing less conservatism for fractional derivative orders in the interval (0,2). The validity and applicability of the proposed results are verified by numerical simulations.

Summary: This study addresses the stability and synchronization problems for the memristor-based fractional-order fuzzy cellular neural networks with multiple delays. Three exponential stability criteria are derived using Laplace transform method, fractional-order calculus approach, and the method of complex function. Compared with existing results, novel exponentially stable and synchronization conditions have been proposed. The obtained results are applicable to both fractional-order systems and integer-order systems, and their validity and merits are illustrated through examples.

Summary: This paper investigates the finite-time stability problem of memristor-based inertial neural networks (MINNs) with time-varying delays using the interval matrix approach. The study converts MINNs to systems with uncertain terms and employs dimension reduction to simplify the differential systems. Two types of delayed feedback controllers are designed to achieve finite time stabilization, with the stability criterion deduced by linear matrix inequalities. The theoretical results and proposed method are validated through two examples.
