A sulfatase-activatable AIEgen nanoprobe for inhalation imaging-guided surgical excision of lung cancer

Summary: In this study, dual-emission CsPbBr3@Eu-BTC was synthesized using a solvothermal method for ratiometric fluorescence sensing of Hg2+ in aqueous solution. The nanocomposite showed high fluorescence performance and stability, with selective detection and low limits of detection for Hg2+. The sensor can be applied to detect Hg2+ in environmental water samples and a paper-based sensor was successfully manufactured for visual detection by naked eyes, showing potential for point-of-care diagnostics.
